JEN MAKSAD
Jen began her fitness journey through powerlifting, competing with USAPL, and now focuses on functional strength and HIIT to support long-term health and longevity. As a Navy veteran, she brings discipline, empathy, and real-world experience to every session.
Jen also teaches HIIT and Strength & Mobility classes at Tribe Fitness, where she helps members move better, get stronger, and enjoy the process. She believes fitness should be enjoyable—not overwhelming—and that every body deserves a plan that fits.
