COACH ERIC
Eric specializes in foundational strength training with a focus on barbell movements like the squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press. He primarily works with older adults and clients recovering from injuries, helping them rebuild strength, improve mobility, and move confidently through daily life. As the coach behind Botetourt Barbell Club, Eric brings deep knowledge, patience, and a supportive presence to every session. His coaching is built on proper form, smart progressions, and sustainable strength—for life.

Jen blends strength and functional training to help clients feel strong, capable, and consistent—whether they're training at home or in the gym. As a U.S. Navy veteran and USAPL powerlifting competitor, she brings both discipline and real-world experience to her coaching. Her training style is built around intentional movement, smart progressions, and sustainable structure that fits real life. The goal is simple: build confidence, stay consistent, and keep moving forward.
